A Little Effort Goes a Long Way

Laila: Did you read this article about refugees in some parts of Africa?

Tony: No, what does it say?

Laila: Daily life is getting worse for people who have lost their homes because of war and other conflicts. Not only are people losing their homes and towns, but now food is in short supply. In addition, there isn’t enough clean water for people to drink. If these people need food, then I’m going to help!

Tony: How? What could you do to help?

Laila: I could start a food drive to donate food. It will take some work, but it will be worth it because this is an important cause.
