A memory story is a story you write about your own life. You can tell other people about one day in your life or your whole life. You can tell about your family and friends.
Memory Story: A Great Day with Mario
Mario and I played basketball at the school gym last Saturday. I was excited when I scored some points. We walked to the music store to check out some new CDs. I was happy to listen to a new CD that Mario told me about. We got some sandwiches at the grocery store. I was really hungry! Then we used the computer at Mario’s house. I was sorry when it was time to go home.
Capitalize proper nouns.
Use past tense verbs.
