I think that tree squirrels are an important part of our local habitat. Some people believe they are not important. But the fact is that they help in many ways. We have many tree squirrels in our area. Tree squirrels help new trees grow. Most tree squirrels use their strong teeth and powerful jaws to eat nuts and fruits. When they eat, the squirrels move seeds from one place to another. The seeds grow into new trees. Some animals build homes in these trees. Some animals eat parts of the tree. The next time you see a tree squirrel, you should be glad. Think about how it helps our habitat!
