The Judicial Branch

This group includes courts where people decide how laws should be followed. The Supreme Court is part of this group. The Supreme Court decides whether laws are fair. The Supreme Court has 9 members. It has 1 Chief Justice and 8 Associate Justices. Once chosen, a Supreme Court Justice can keep the job for the rest of his or her life.
