A procedure tells the steps you use to do something. When you write a procedure, write the steps in the order they should be done.
Step 1: First, lie on your back on the floor. Bend your knees and keep your feet on the floor. Make sure your back is flat on the floor.
Write a procedure in steps to make it easy to read.
Use order words like first, next, and finally.
Step 2: Put your hands behind your head to give your head and neck support.
Step 3: Next, slowly lift your body up towards your knees. Let your middle do the work, not your arms.
Step 4: Finally, lower your body back to the ground slowly.
Doing sit-ups is good exercise.
