A possessive pronoun tells who or what owns something. It is sometimes called a possessive adjective. | Anna’s favorite parrot is a red-and-blue male. His name is Repeat. Repeat knows how to say her name. Repeat knows Ernesto’s name, too. The bird says their names over and over again. |
