How does an animal survive in nature? Animals have different ways of protecting themselves. They may hide, run, or try to blend in with their environment.
Play a Game Make cards with pictures of animals on them. Show a card to a partner. Does this animal hunt other animals? Is this animal hunted by other animals? Put each card in a Hunter or Hunted pile. Do some cards belong in both piles?
