Octopuses have very good eyesight. They have a large eye on either side of their heads.

An octopus has eight arms called tentacles. They are attached to the octopus’s head. Each tentacle has two rows of suckers on it.

ink

An octopus squirts ink to protect itself. The ink forms a cloud. It looks like smoke. The octopus “disappears” in the ink.
